Our tools
Tools in the plan, not a menu to buy from.
In musculoskeletal physiotherapy we use up to six tools. Not every patient needs every one. We choose them only if they help you move better.
What we may integrate
Clinical tools, not a shopping menu.
Not every patient needs every tool.

Physical therapy and therapeutic exercise
The foundation of treatment: manual techniques and guided exercise to regain mobility, strength, and control.

Manual therapy
Skilled hands to ease pain, gain mobility, and prepare the body for exercise.

Surface electromyography
Records muscle activity with sensors on the skin, without needles; analyzes activation and measures progress with objective data.

Dynamic photobiostimulation
Laser application with a scanning system over the area; helps reduce pain and inflammation and supports recovery.

Radiofrequency
Waves that generate heat in deep tissues; they improve circulation and help with pain, inflammation, and stiffness. Non-invasive.

Pressotherapy
Multi-chamber boots or sleeves with sequential pressure; they stimulate circulation and the lymphatic system; ease inflammation and heaviness.

Electrotherapy
Gentle currents to ease pain or activate a muscle when the plan calls for it.

Ultrasound
Gentle waves that, in specific phases, can help you feel more comfortable moving.
