Through this website, WhatsApp, the contact form, and the satisfaction survey we may collect identification and contact data (name, email, phone) and the content of your message or comments.

Health-related data is collected only when the patient voluntarily shares it for clinical care. We do not request sensitive health data through the public website beyond what you choose to share.
