First visit

  • The first visit is a 60-minute assessment. We listen to your story, review your clinical history and any tests you bring, examine how you move, your strength and pain points, and explain clearly what we find. You leave understanding your situation and the support options.

  • Bring any exams, imaging, and medical reports related to your case, if you have them. Wear comfortable clothes that let you move easily during the assessment.

  • It is not required. If you have a medical referral, it is helpful to bring it—it complements the assessment.

  • Yes. Many people come for intermittent discomfort, movement limits, prevention, or to understand what is going on before pain becomes constant. The assessment is useful in those cases too.

Treatment

  • It is an approach that considers the whole person, not only the affected area. It looks for the origin of the pain or injury and addresses it with physical therapy and, when relevant, rehabilitation technology. It is not a menu of standalone procedures: it is a personalized plan.

  • It depends on your case, how your body responds, and the goals we agree on. After the assessment we explain a realistic path; the number of sessions is adjusted with ongoing reassessment, not with a fixed package.

  • The assessment lasts 60 minutes. Treatment sessions do not have a fixed length: each one is personalized to your case and dedicated exclusively to you.

  • Yes. We seek continuity: your physiotherapist knows your story and supports your process session by session, with individual attention.

  • No. Technologies are not standalone services or a menu to buy from. They are included only when they support your plan after the assessment. Not every patient needs every tool.

  • Depending on your case we may integrate: physical therapy and therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, surface electromyography, dynamic photobiostimulation, radiofrequency, pressotherapy, electrotherapy, and ultrasound. All are tools in the plan, not standalone services.

  • You may feel short-term discomfort when working on movement or sensitive areas, but the goal is not to cause unnecessary pain. We explain what we do and adjust based on how you respond.

  • We give you home guidance and clear recommendations to protect your progress. Ongoing support includes guidance you can sustain between visits.
